Terms of Service for Vapors

Welcome to Vapors. By visiting our store and purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Our Products

 Decants: Our decants are genuine fragrances rebottled independently by Vapors. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any designer or niche fragrance brand.

 Full Bottles: All full-size perfume bottles sold on our website are 100% authentic and original.

2. Shipping & Hazardous Materials (Hazmat)

 Because perfumes contain alcohol and are flammable, all domestic shipments must travel legally via ground transportation (UPS Ground / USPS Ground Advantage).

 Due to aviation and customs regulations regarding flammable liquids, we only ship within the United States. International orders are not available.

3. Returns and Refunds

 Due to the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetics and fragrances, all sales of decants and full bottles are final.

 We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal scent preferences ("blind buys" that you did not like).

 If your product arrives damaged or leaks during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof, and we will gladly send a replacement.

4. Pricing and Errors

 We reserve the right to cancel any order if there is a typographical error or technical glitch in pricing or stock availability. If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund immediately.

5. Governing Law

 These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
