Thank you for shopping at Vapors! We want to ensure your authentic fragrances and decants arrive safely and legally at your doorstep. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

1. Processing Times

 All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We ship exclusively within the United States using ground transportation to comply with federal regulations for flammable liquids (perfumes).

 Standard Shipping: Delivers in 4 to 6 business days.

 FREE on orders of $100.00 or more.

 Flat rate of $6.95 for orders under $100.00.

 Express Shipping: Delivers in 1 to 3 business days via UPS Ground.

 Flat rate of $14.95 for all orders.

3. International Shipping

 Due to strict international aviation regulations regarding hazardous materials (Hazmat) and flammable liquids, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We only ship within the United States.

4. Damaged or Leaking Items

 Perfume vials can be fragile. If your decant or full bottle arrives broken, leaking, or damaged during transit, please contact us at our customer support email within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can send you a replacement immediately.
